Friends of Tombstone

Friends of Tombstone is a loose conglomeration of people interested in the history of Tombstone. Just like the Cowboys of the 1880's, there is no one leader, no one voice that speaks for everyone (sorry about that, Earpies). Some people come to learn more about Wyatt Earp, while others focus their attentions at one person, place, or instant in time. One thing everyone has in common is the almost obsessive (some more than others) interest in learning more about history. Another is the gathering of old friends and the making of new friends. People travel as far as Australia and as close as just down the road from the Crystal Palace Saloon to attend this annual event. And most head home already daydreaming about next year. |
