On the morning of Halloween, we took a tour through the Tombstone Cemetery complete with a historical narrative by author Troy Kelly.

Not caring to be planted besides the likes of Heath or Clantons or McLaurys (snobs), the Tombstone Cemetery was created. Picture on the right shows the colorful decorations of the Catholic section as the Day of the Dead Festival begins in Hispanic communities.

Boot hill and the graves of Billy Clanton and Frank and Tom McLaury.

On a cold day in October shots rang out on the streets of Tombstone. When the gun smoke cleared Billy Clanton, Frank McLaury and Tom McLaury lay dead or dying. The next day Tombstone witness the largest funeral procession ever including a band and thousands in attendance.
